Recruitment in an Operation with Great Responsibility
When Viking Travel Care expanded its operations in Spain, an extensive recruitment need arose, both for Assistance Coordinators and for more senior roles such as Team Leaders and Supervisors. These are roles where technical competence, language skills, and leadership need to be combined with stress tolerance, empathy, and the ability to make well-founded decisions in a high work pace environment.
